A puja is incomplete without visiting the different pandals, arguing who is the best, and agreeing on some. Over the years, some pandals have really become think leaders, forcing other to think their way. They are a cut above theme pujas, taking the concept into new highs. And they have posed serious threats and challenge to the old puja's polularities. Some old banners have been able to fight back, while some have succumbed to the onslaught, giving up its popularity. We at TheHolidaySpot have listed some of the pujas that we thought were off beat, and would be greatly liked by the pandal hoppers. There are quite a few more, we are sure, but we have listed only a selected few as a guide for your visit. Please note that in no way we are ranking them. All the pujas of Kolkata are unique in their own way nad have their own sentiments behind them. Use this list only as an addition to your existing knowledge, at the best.

So scroll down, and unravel the best of the lot!
