A few tips that might make a difference to your skin:
1.Switch to natural products instead of chemicals.
If you are in dire need of an astringent, switch to neem or tea tree oil.
In case of blemished or pigmented skin, use turmeric and orange peel paste with milk cream or yoghurt.
Coconut water and ripe papaya are two other outstanding alternatives!
To improve your skin tone,you may use crushed almonds added to milk and honey. This also works well on dull and dehydrated skin
To exfoliate, one can use tomato puree and fine grains of sugar! Sugar is a great exfoliant. You may scrub mildly with it.
To fight mild pimples one can use a pack containing the egg white,a pinch of cinnamon powder,honey and a little bit of nutmeg powder (to avoid scarring)
For dry skin use an oat meal mask. This is prepared using oats,milk cream and honey!
2. Sleep well at night.
3. Maintain a healthy diet that contains a lot of fruits,vegetables and water!
4. Clean your skin properly.
Cleansing, toning and moisturizing is a must! A proper bath cleanses a lot of impurities off the skin.
5. Practice mild exercise and yoga!
