BANANA DREAM
Ingredients:
50ml vodka
Banana liqueur
250ml orange juice
50ml cream
Method:
Pour all the ingredients over ice cubes in a Parfait glass and stir well. Or simply blend the
ingredients in a mixer. |

MOJITO
Ingredients:
42.5ml white rum
A few fresh mint leaves
Half a lime
200ml club soda
4tsp sugar
Method:
Gently crush the mint leaves and squeeze lime in a tall glass. Mix in sugar and stir till it dissolves. Add ice cubes and then pour in the rum, club soda and stir vigorously once or twice. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a few sprigs of mint.

CANDY LADY
Ingredients:
30ml gin
90ml white wine
90ml cranberry juice
Lemonade to top up
Method:
In a tall glass put four or five cubes of ice, add gin, white wine and cranberry juice. Top it up with lemonade and serve chilled.

Ingredients:
45ml Tequila
45ml Grenadine
60ml Cream
Method:
Shake and strain all ingredients in a glass and serve chilled.
