Gnarled Witches Fingers


1 tb oil
4 Boneless chicken breasts
1 c Flour
1 Egg beaten
1 c Bread crumbs
Pitted black olives halved lengthwise
Shredded lettuce


  1. Grease cookie sheet with oil, set aside.
  2. Carefully cut chicken breasts part way to create five fingers (the uncut part will be the palm of the hand).
  3. Dust in flour, dip in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  4. Boil 5 minutes on each side till golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Trim the finger tips with the halved black olives and serve on lettuce.

Chocolate Spiders

4 cups semisweet chocolate baking chips


  1. 4 cups semisweet chocolate baking chips Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler.
  2. Let stand over the water until water is cool, about 10 minutes.
  3. Place wax paper on cookie sheet.
  4. Pour chocolate into a pastry bag that is fitted with a 1/8 inch or 1/4 inch tip.
  5. Squeeze chocolate onto wax paper in the shape of spiders.
  6. If chocolate is runny it needs to be cooled longer.
  7. Chill the spiders for about 10 minutes. When hard peel off wax paper.
  8. Store in refrigerator laid flat.
