1. Cheese Cookies

Ingredients :
1 cup white flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp butter
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
little bit of grated cheese

Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 350 F for 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients except cheese in a bowl and make a dough
Roll the dough into a thin layer and divide it into two parts.
Sprinkle one half with grated cheese, lay the other half of the dough over the cheese, cut with a small cutter, and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.


2. Buttermilk Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled and diced
1 cup buttermilk

Filling:

Preheat oven to 350 F
Put flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a food processor and blend the mixture well.
Add butter to the mixture and again blend it well.
Add buttermilk to the mixture and stir to form a dough
Spread the dough on a greased baking tray and bake it at 350 F for 30 minutes.
