CIDER PUNCH Ingredients 2 - quarts sweet apple
cider 2- cups orange juice 1 - cup lemon juice 1 - stick cinnamon 1
- teaspoon cloves Directions Mix all ingredients
together in large pot. Heat, but do not boil. Chill in refrigerator.

RED POTATO SALAD
Ingredients 3 - pounds red
potatoes 1 - white onion, chopped 3 - celery stalks, chopped 3 - bacon
strips, fried and crumbled 1/4 - cup black olives, chopped 2 - tablespoons
sweet relish Directions Boil potatoes in pot until
tender. Do not peel the skins. Allow the potatoes to cool. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes
and place in large mixing bowl. Add onion, celery, bacon, black olives and sweet
relish. Lightly mix the ingredients. Then add the dressing and toss lightly to
coat ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.

LEMONADE RECIPE Ingredients for strawberry/raspberry
lemonade recipe: 1 oz. Strawberry / Raspberry Syrup Juice
of 1 lemon 2 teaspoons Powdered sugar Shaved Ice Water
Method:
Put syrup, lemon juice and powdered sugar in a glass.
Fill the glass filled with shaved ice. Add enough water to fill glass
and stir well. Decorate with a slice of orange, lemon and a cherry. Serve
with straws.
4. ICED TEA
Ingredients
: 8 Tea Bags Ice cubes Fine sugar (optional) Lemon
Slices (optional) Method:
In
a large saucepan, bring 4 cups of cold water to a boil. Remove water from
heat and add tea bags. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags
and pour into a pitcher. Add 4 cups of cold water and stir. Add sugar
and lemon to taste. Serve over ice.
